Malton Regency Ball with Malton Museum

A Regency Country Ball with live music and historic dance expert/caller, Lottie Adcock. Less formal than its city counterpart, a Regency country ball gave people the chance to come together, dance, socialise and meet new people. This event is recreating the country ball experience and you are invited to take part – put on your finest frock (Georgian costume encouraged but not essential) and your dancing shoes for a night of social dancing.

You needn’t be a dance expert as Lottie will lead you through all the steps, and singles as well as couples are welcome to take part. With lively dances and professional musicians, this promises to be a delightful evening of dance suitable for all levels.

All proceeds raised through the sale of tickets will be split between Malton Museum and SWR Mindspace, which supports young people aged 11-16 with their social, mental and emotional health needs.
