Hope & Social are eight passionate musicians who pour their heart and soul into creating exuberant, high-energy tunes that have earned them the title of one of the UK’s hardest working and most beloved bands. Over the past decade, they’ve been winning over the hearts of gig-goers with their signature mix of pure joy, electrifying performances and infectious enthusiasm.

A Hope & Social gig is an unforgettable spectacle, where chaotic moments seamlessly blend with stunning musicianship. Built on a foundation of some of the finest songs you’ll ever hear, each performance is spiced up with a healthy dose of Northern wit and self-deprecating humour. With a powerhouse three-piece horn section and intricate five-part harmonies, they produce a massive sound that spans genres, drawing influence from soul, indie, folk, disco and art rock.

Over the past 15 years, the band – often affectionately referred to as “Yorkshire’s own E-Street Band” -has toured extensively across the UK, earning rave reviews from fans, new listeners, and critics alike.
